With only five weeks left before the Bath Half Marathon, I feel like I'm walking a fine line between returning to fitness as quickly as possible, and avoiding injury.
That's why with the exception of a longer Sunday run, I am not increasing my mileage this week

I'm still using my heart rate monitor to keep my effort level at 60-70% but will be adding some tempo sessions and hill reps over the next couple of weeks
