imagine my joy today when I heard that my sport is actually good for your brain. of course, regular runners already know this (it accounts for us being so smart), but now it's been scientifically proven that running actually promotes the growth of new brain cells responsible for memory.
Neuroscientists at Cambridge University have shown that running stimulates the brain to grow fresh grey matter and it has a big impact on mental ability.
