Now, this isn't the kind of thing I can let go "you're on" I croaked, before crawling home and back to bed.
Alan has already tried intimidation over social media and bribing my wife to poison me - well it wont work! training is back on track (almost) and so is the blog (almost).
So Mr funny name that nobody can pronounce, let the games commence :)

I prefer to do my talking on the roads/fields/tracks anywhere that you can run legally (or not if I get lost)
I see your pretty pages and your nice fonts. I'll print them out and pin them to the back of my T-Shirt so you can see them at the finishing line.
Let me know the challenges, anytime anywhere. Let's see if we can get some good suggestions for how I can humiliate you (or not!?)
